How to make a claim ?


In-Store:


1. Since our Protection Plan is available exclusively for in-store purchases and require our optician to retrieve the damaged pair, please visit us in-store to make your request.


It is required that you bring the pair with you.


However, you may visit any BonLook store. It doesn’t have to be the same location where you originally purchased your glasses.


If you are unable to visit us in-store for any reason, please contact our customer service team at support@bonlook.com, and we’ll be happy to explore possible solutions with you.


2. The glasses will be repaired or replaced based on their condition. If the lenses are in good condition, only the frame will be replaced.


3. If the model of your frame is no longer available, a frame of equal or lesser value will be offered. Aside from this exceptional case, it is not possible to receive a different frame from the original one.


4. No fees will be charged.
