How to submit a warranty claim ?
1. In-person:
If you live near a BonLook store, you can submit a warranty request in person by booking an appointment with an optician.
Find the store closest to you and book an appointment by clicking here:
2. By email:
You can send your request via email to support@bonlook.com.
Please include:
- Your original order number
- Photos of the defect: one close-up and another showing the entire glasses, preferably in natural light against a white background. Feel free to send as much pictures as you want.
- One of our agents will forward your request to our opticians and respond to you within 24 to 48 business hours.
