BonLook offers a junior protection plan specifically designed for children 12 years and under:

1. Cost: $49.95 + taxes for glasses with a minimum price of $100 (price calculated after discounts).

2. Purchase: The plan must be purchased when placing the order, upon receiving the glasses in-store, or between the two.

3. Duration: Coverage for one year starting from the delivery date.

4. Coverage: Accidental damages not covered by the one-year warranty, including damage caused by pets. Prescription changes are also covered.

5. Limits: Only one claim per plan and per pair of glasses. Lenses and frames must be replaced together.

6. Not covered: Loss or theft of the glasses, accessories, and glasses costing less than $149.

7. How to claim: Visit a store or send photos by email to support@bonlook.com assess the damage. Glasses will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

If the lenses are still in good condition, only the frame will be replaced.

If the model is no longer available, another of equal or lesser value will be offered.

It is required that the defective pair be returned.

The Regular Protection Plan can also be purchased for children. However, please note it does not cover prescription changes.
