Protection Plan: Everything you need to know

In addition to our one-year warranty, BonLook offers you the purchase of a protection plan.

Two-year coverage for accidental damage, starting from the delivery date.

1. What is covered:

- Accidental damage not covered by the one-year warranty (including damage caused by animals).

- One claim per plan/glasses.

- Coverage equal to or less than the original price of the glasses.

2. What is not covered:

- Loss or theft.

- Prescription changes.

- Frame model changes.

- Customer frames (Second life/Lens replacement orders).

- Accessories and contact lenses.

- Glasses under $100.

3. Duration and purchase:

- The plan must be purchased at the time of order, upon delivery, or within 30 days of delivery (approved by an optician in-store if the frame is still in good condition).

4. Costs:

- Glasses between $100 and $299: $25 + tax.

- Glasses between $300 and $699: $40 + tax.

- Glasses $700 and above: $50 + tax.

- 50% off on the second protection plan (if you wish to cover two pairs).

The plan is considered a "good and service" and is therefore subject to taxes.

IMPORTANT:

- If BonLook increases the price of the frame after the plan is purchased, BonLook will cover the difference during the claim.

- If your frame model is no longer available,we will offer you another frame of the equal or lesser value.

- If the customer has not used their plan within 2 years, it cannot be refunded nor transferred to a new pair.

- It is required that the defective pair be returned in order to benefit from the protection plan.

- It is not possible to select a different frame or use a different prescription from the original purchase.

- Children 12 years and under can use this plan instead of the Junior Protection Plan. However, this plan does not cover prescription changes.
