Orders for minors cannot be placed online. 

In accordance with the guidelines of the College of Opticians, minors must meet an optician to place an order. 

For this reason, orders must be placed in-store. 

In store, a parent needs to be present if the patient is 14 years old and under. Starting at 15 years old, it is not required.
