How to place an order online ?

Before you begin, make sure you have a valid prescription (not for contact lenses, but specifically for glasses). If your prescription is expired, you’ll need a new eye exam.

Here are the steps required to order online:

1. Log in to your BonLook account or create one. It is also possible to order as a guest and to enter your information at checkout.

2. Choose your frame, as well as the color, size, and type of lenses tinted or clear (the option is located below the “Continue” button), then click on “Continue.”

3. Select the type of vision (Note that “Without Rx” = No prescription), the ideal lens thickness for your prescription, and add a lens treatment if necessary.

4. Review your selections in the order summary, then click “Prescription & Payment” to proceed.

5. Choose to upload your prescription now, send it later to support@bonlook.com with your order number, or select “Use one or more saved prescriptions” if you already have one on file.

Make sure it is no more than 2 years old from the date of your exam

Otherwise, you can always add it yourself later by returning to your order.

6. Add your shipping address and credit card information, then click “Pay Now.”

7. To finalize, add your pupillary distance (PD) to your order.

In your account, open “My Recent Orders” and click on your latest order with the status “Action Required.” Then, select “MEASURE MY PUPILLARY DISTANCE” and follow the steps. Our team will verify your PD once it’s added.

8. Track your order status in your BonLook account under “MY RECENT ORDERS” and receive email notifications.

IMPORTANT: Please note that some types of lenses or treatment you want are not available online, your order may need to be placed in-store with an optician or over the phone with one of our customer service agents.
