Do you accept insurance as payment?
In store: We offer direct billing to certain insurance companies when you purchase prescription eyewear.
For more details, please book an appointment with one of our opticians in store!
You can also pay first, and then make a claim to your insurance afterwards.
For online orders: We do not accept insurance as a method of payment nor do we offer direct billing to insurance companies on your behalf.
However, you will be provided with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company.
How to get your detailed invoice:
You can download a copy of your detailed invoice directly from your BonLook.com account:
- Log in into your BonLook account.
- Click on “My recent orders.”
- Click on the order for which you need a receipt.
- Click the “INVOICE” button to view the PDF version of your receipt.
If you experience any technical difficulties finding and downloading your invoice, please reach out to us by email to support@bonlook.com.
As every plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to learn how to make a claim and get reimbursed.
* Please note that we do not offer direct billing for eye exams at our Notre-Dame, Place Ste-Foy and Saint-Viateur locations. It is offered at our Square One shopping Centre location.
However, we can provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company.
