Returns for orders over $80 are FREE in North America, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

To submit a return request, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your BonLook account, if you haven't already: My Account

2. Go to the "My recent orders" section.

3. Select the order you wish to return and click "View Details"

4. Scroll to the bottom of the order page and click "RETURN REQUEST" to fill out the form. Note that orders placed in-store orders must be returned in-store.

5. Submit your request after completing the form. You will then receive an email with the next steps for the return process.

6. Return all original items sent by BonLook: BonLook black case, cleaning cloth, BonLook inspiration box, and ordered products.

IMPORTANT: Please use the original box and secure it with strong adhesive tape. Do not return glasses in an envelope.
