The details of our return policy
If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange the frame, add or remove a treatment or thinning, or request a refund (except for final sale frames).
1. IN-STORE ORDERS:
- Regular-priced frames : Returns accepted in perfect condition within 30 days. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Exchanges must be made in-store. Please note that regular-priced frame orders with promo codes or the 25% Bundle promotion are eligible.
- Frames purchased on sale : Final sale, no refunds. Free lens and frame adjustments available upon request.
2. ONLINE ORDERS:
- Regular-priced frames: Returns accepted in perfect condition within 30 days. Exchanges or refunds can be processed in-store or via customer service, with refunds applied to the original payment method.
Please note that regular-priced frame orders with promo codes or the 25% Bundle promotion are eligible.
- Frames purchased on sale : No refunds, a store credit will be issued to use on a future purchase.
3. OTHER TERMS:
Only US and Canadian orders of $80 or more qualify for free shipping and free returns. Customers with orders under $80 will be responsible for shipping cost coverage for both purchases and returns.
Allow 10 business days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold. If you request a refund for a purchase made with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
BonLook is not responsible for customs clearance fees.
Each order includes one free return request. If you request to return more items, BonLook will only cover the cost of the first return. Any additional return requested will be at your cost. Note that multiple items can be included in a singular return request.
BonLook reserves the right to deny returns to customers abusing our return policy.
