This one-year protection plan includes only one replacement or repair in circumstances in which:

• There is a change to the child’s prescription
• The product is defective
• If the product is involuntarily broken

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the broken or defective product with the exact same item initially purchased, but if have the same item in stock then we will do everything we can to offer an identical replacement option.
