If you qualified for a free return:

• Print out the shipping label that we sent to you by email.
• Make sure the glasses and any accessories are in perfect condition.
• Include all of the original materials sent to you by BonLook in your initial package: glasses case, microfiber cloth, BonLook design box, and any additional accessories you may have purchased.
• Please send us your return in the same box originally shipped to you and make sure to tape the box securely. Do not return your glasses in an envelope.
