What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, here is the procedure to follow :
Wait 72 hours (business hours) : Sometimes, carriers mistakenly mark an order as delivered, but it may still arrive within the next business days! We kindly ask you to wait 72 hours before reaching out for further assistance.
Check your surroundings : Ensure you check around your delivery location, with neighbours, or in safe spots where the carrier might have left the package.
Contact us after 72 hours : If the order still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to our customer service team. We will open a claim with the carrier and begin the production of a replacement order if necessary.
Policy for lost or stolen orders :
If the order is confirmed lost or stolen, we will provide a replacement order.
You may choose a new delivery destination or have the order delivered to the nearest store to avoid any further issues.
Please note that we do not offer store credits or refunds for lost or stolen orders.
