We work hard to ensure you receive high-quality glasses quickly! 

Once your order is placed and paid for, with all necessary information (prescription, pupillary distance), we start manufacturing it. 

You will receive a tracking number once it ships, and you can also track your order in your BonLook account.

The following timelines combine production and shipping times:

1. Canada:

- 10-12 business days for single vision or non-prescription lenses via FedEx or Canada Post (express shipping is always used)

- 10-15 days for multifocal and HD lenses.

2. Continental United States:

- 15 business days via USPS

3. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam:

- 10-30 days via USPS

IMPORTANT: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and delivery may take a few extra days in rural areas.
