Do I need to make an appointment with a stylist or an optician?

If you wish to try on glasses and make a purchase, you can book an appointment with a stylist, but it is not mandatory.

If your purchase requires you to have your measurements taken*, you need to repair or evaluate your glasses, process a return or you simply need an adjustment, you must make an appointment with an optician.

*Please note that the following lenses require additional measurements and therefore, an appointment with an optician: progressive, degressive, anti-fatigue (eyezen), 1.74 index (double thinning). In addition, if you choose custom lenses, you will also need to see an optician. Finally, any prescription with a prism or cylinder (CYL) over +3.00 or -3.00 requires additional measurements with an optician. If you are unsure whether your prescription requires an appointment with an optician, please reach out to our customer service team by email at support@bonlook.com!
