The thickness of the lenses generally depends on your prescription. We will recommend the best lens index to ensure that the thickness perfectly fits your frame:

1. Standard (1.50):  Suggested prescription range: from plano (0) to +/-2.50. Included with all our frames.

2. Thin (1.60):  Suggested prescription range: from plano (0) to +/-3.50.

3. Very thin (1.67):  Suggested prescription range: from +/-3.75 to +/-6.00.

4. Ultra-thin (1.74): Recommended for prescriptions starting at +/-6.25 and above. Available in-store only.

NOTE: If you choose a metal frame, be aware that the lenses may extend further beyond the contours than those of acetate frames due to their thinner thickness. It is therefore important to check if a higher level of thinning will be necessary to ensure better comfort and optimal aesthetics for your glasses.
