We work hard so you receive high-quality glasses as quickly as possible without compromising on the final product. As soon as your order has been placed, all required info has been submitted and it has been paid in full, we’ll get started on manufacturing your glasses. We'll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped, however you can also track it by logging into your BonLook account.

Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.

In-store orders: Please allow for an extra two to three business days, so the optician can verify your order ahead of pick-up. We’ll call you and email you when your glasses are ready.
