What is blue light?

Blue light is a part of the light spectrum. However, it is also artificially emitted by screens surrounding us in our day-to-day lives (cell phones, tablets, computers, televisions, etc.). We are therefore exposed on a near-constant basis. In fact, these screens emit a strong and aggressive blue light, which can be dangerous when exposed to for elongated periods of time. This light is generated by powerful LED lights, making up the screens previously mentioned.
